Heather Calla serves as Founder, Principal Advisor, and CEO of Masterpiece Financial Partners. She founded the firm in 2006 with a vision to build a wealth management practice centered on trust, relationships, and meaningful client service.

Heather earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Toledo and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Lourdes University. Her educational background gives her a unique blend of financial knowledge, communication skills, and client-centered perspective that continues to shape her leadership and approach to advice.

As the firm’s founder, Heather helps guide the overall vision, direction, and client experience of Masterpiece Financial Partners. She works closely with clients, advisors, and the team to ensure that the financial advice clients receive remains personal, thoughtful, and centered around what matters most to each client.

In her role, Heather leads with a strong belief that financial advice should reflect the full picture of a client’s life, including their goals, family, values, and the legacy they hope to create. Her leadership continues to shape the firm’s commitment to long-term relationships, trusted guidance, and service rooted in heart, integrity, excellence, respect, and commitment.

That early experience shaped Heather’s approach to wealth management and continues to influence her work more than 20 years later. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and beekeeping. Beekeeping gives her a way to continue learning while working with complex and uncontrollable variables such as weather, disease, and the temperament of the colony. She sees the role of a beekeeper as providing resources and the right environment while allowing the hive to grow through its own intricate balance of life. That same appreciation for patience, guidance, and growth carries into the way she leads and works with clients.
