Cade Zimmerly serves as a Business Operations Specialist at Masterpiece Financial Partners, where he is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, internal processes, advisor support, and client service coordination. Cade brings a strong foundation in finance, a team-first mindset, and a detail-oriented approach to his work.

In his role, Cade helps keep the firm organized and moving efficiently behind the scenes. He values clear communication, consistency, and follow-through, and enjoys being part of a team that is built around relationships, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

Cade believes that a strong financial planning experience starts with organization, communication, and understanding what matters most to each client. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, he helps support the process that allows advisors to better serve clients and provide thoughtful guidance.

His approach is shaped by a desire to keep learning, improve systems, and make processes easier for both the team and the families they serve. Cade understands that financial planning is not just about accounts or paperwork. It is about helping people feel supported, prepared, and more confident in the decisions ahead.

Before joining Masterpiece Financial Partners full time, Cade gained industry experience through internships with both Masterpiece Financial Partners and Prudential. These opportunities helped him develop a deeper understanding of the financial services industry, client relationships, and the importance of dependable service.

Cade earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and later completed his MBA at Bowling Green State University. During his time at Bowling Green, he was also a member of the football team, an experience that shaped his work ethic, discipline, and ability to contribute in a team environment.

Today, Cade applies that same discipline and team-focused mindset to the operational side of the firm, helping manage daily workflows, support advisors, coordinate client service needs, and improve internal systems.

Outside of work, Cade enjoys staying active, working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
