She earned her Master of Science in Education from the University of Toledo and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Union University. Her educational background reflects her ability to understand people, communicate with care, and lead with patience and perspective.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, and her daily ritual as a coffee enthusiast. These interests reflect the same patience, care, and appreciation for growth that she brings to her work and leadership.
